Top Drive Systems
Tesco Models HS, HC, HCI, HMI, HXI, EXI and ESI
Troubleshooting any hydraulic/electrical issues, replace or repair of main gears bearings, endplay inspections, make up and drilling torque verifications, annual inspections, refurbishments, and recertification for your top Drive.
Includes all components of the HPUs. Caterpillar, Detroit & Cummins engines can also be inspected, refurbished, completely overhauled, or in framed overhauled. We repair or replace radiators for the engines and modines. We have any part for the Tesco machined and built for customers. This would include s-pipes, bull gears, cylinders, both hydraulic and electrical service loops just to name a few.
NOV Models, TDS-11SH, TDS-11SA, TDS-10, TDS-9
Troubleshooting any hydraulic/Electrical issues to include your VFD house, replacing main gears and bearings, make up and drilling torque verifications, annual Inspections, refurbishments, and recertification for your Top Drive. We have any part for the NOV top drive machined and built for customers. This would include s-pipes, bull gears, cylinders, both hydraulic and electrical service loops just to name a few.
CanRig models 250 ton & 500 ton
Troubleshooting any hydraulic/Electrical issues, endplay inspections, make up and drilling torque verifications.
Iron Roughnecks
NOV model ST 80 and ST120
Troubleshoot, repair and conduct complete rebuilds of both these iron roughneck systems. Repair and test all associated safety interlocks that are built into these systems. Repair and replace all cylinders, manifolds, and directional values. Note: If your system has a Cavotech remote control box, we (UDS, LLC) can repair them and re-program them if the remote program becomes corrupted. We can make new ribbon cables, cable end for the connections and test your box functions and ensure it functions 100 percent before it is returned to you.
Catwalks
Pragma PM-3000 PC-3000 and PC-4000 Catwalk systems
Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish, the complete catwalk system both hydraulically and electrically. Repair and test all safety interlocks that are associated with these catwalks system. Repair and replace any cylinder in this system, troubleshoot and repair the remote receiver and transmitter that allows for remote operations via remote control box. Note: If this is a Cavotech system, we have access and can get the rig specific program and restore the system, should it become corrupted.
NOV Catwalk Machines
Troubleshoot, repair, conduct complete rebuilds, and recertification of NOV Catwalk machines. Can conduct maintenance and also troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues. Repair and test all safety interlocks that are associated with these catwalk systems. Repair and replace any cylinder in this system, troubleshoot and repair the remote receiver and transmitter that allows for remote operations via remote control box. As noted above: If this is a Cavotech system, we have access and can get the rig specific program and restore the system, should it become corrupted.
